Vietnam

Vietnam's bustling cities, friendly people and overwhelming beauty of nature will leave an enduring impression on visitors. During the last few years the infrastructure has improved and Viet Nam is now really a first - class destination. Travellers in Viet Nam will enjoy the same good service and hospitality as in neighbour countries but in an environment much less affected by the ravages of long - term mass tourism.
Bordered by China, Laos and Cambodia, Viet Nam is a harmony of diverse cultures and ethnic groups in various beautiful landscapes.
The northern region combines a beautiful rural scenery and strong traditional roots was shown evidently in the many pagodas and continuing practice of old trades in Hanoi's Ancient Quarter.
Central Viet Nam offers an insight into Vietnam's rich historical past which can be seen in Hue, the former imperial capital, in Da Nang, home to the ancient Cham civilization and in Hoi An, one of the country's oldest towns.
The development of modern Viet Nam can be seen in Ho Chi Minh City, formerly "Sai Gon", as it is still commonly known, where entrepreneurial zeal fuels the economy and offers a realistic depiction of the new Viet Nam.
Vietnam's tourism infrastructure continues developing and today visitors are offered comfortable travel options and international standard accommodation.
Within the past year, we have witnessed a noticeable reduction in hotel rates along with an increased selection of international standard hotel ranging from 3 to 5 - star deluxe properties. Viet Nam now also boasts of 4 and 5-star resort properties dotted along the unspoiled coastline where visitors can enjoy beautiful tropical weather and warm water on stretches of white - powder sand beaches.
With Da Nang as the third international gateway, visitors can now fly directly from Bangkok or Hong Kong to the central region and explore its fascinating cultural sites or relax on China Beach. A new hydrofoil service between Ho Chi Minh City and Phnom Penh is expected to operate before the end of the year reconnecting two old capitals of Indochina.
Today, Viet Nam is better known as an attractive tourist destination in Southeast Asia. In Viet Nam, visitors will have an authentic cultural experience while enjoying world class service and comfort.

Beach Holidays

Vietnam´s beach resorts have become a popular alternative to the crowded beaches of its neighbouring countries. With its stretches of unspoiled coastline, white powder sand beaches and competitively priced international luxury resorts, Viet Nam provides a beach holiday on a par with an y destination in the world.
During the past few years a number of very attractive international- standard beach resorts have opened along the spectacular coastline of Central and South Viet Nam. Many of these resorts are foreign - managed with prime beach locations and privates facilities.
Dotted along Vietnam´s coastline are some excellent beaches with warm clear water ideal for swimming and various water sport activities. The dry season on the coast generally lasts from February to October and for much of this time gentle sea breezes blow from the South China Sea. Each of the resorts has access to private beaches, sand is groomed daily and full water sport facilities are available.
A great advantage that Viet Nam has with its resorts is the selection of cultural activities that are within easy reach. It is now possible to combine a beach holiday with exploration of the surrounding countryside.

National Parks

Outdoor enthusiasts will take interest Vietnam´s national parks for their variety of mammal and plant species. Some of the parks have trails ideal for trekking and birdwatching. Most of the national parks are relatively unexplored and in the last few years some new species such as the Javan Rhinoceros have still survived in the jungle whilst tigers and elephants roam the forests of central Viet Nam and bears can be found in the northern region. There are 10 national parks and a number of nature reserves in Viet Nam. The most interesting and accessible parks are Cat Ba, Cuc Phuong, Bach Ma and Nam Cat Tien. Facilities are very basic for the visitor with the exception of Cat Ba where there are numerous mini-hotels and restaurants.

Golf Courses

Viet Nam now boasts of a number of world-class golf courses. There are now sufficient golf courses of varying design and geographical location to make a tour in Viet Nam which can incorporate four to five courses in different areas of the country in combination with our cultural programmes.
