Chicken cassava vermicelli soup

Ingredients:
| - 800g chicken
- 500g pork bone
- 300g cassava vermicelli |
- Dried garlic and onion
- Coriander, lemon and chilli
- Pepper, fish sauce, seasonings |
To prepare:
- Boil the chicken and slice them into pieces. Stew chicken bone and pork bone; season the soup.
- Soak cassava vermicelli in water for 5 minutes; make them soft in boiling water and then cut them into 10-15 cm long pieces.
- Slice dried onion and fry them until they are brown.
- Cut coriander and spring onion into pieces.
- Put cassava vermicelli in a bowl, add pieces of chicken and cover them with fried onion, sliced spring onion and coriander, then pour the boiling soup over.
To serve:
- It should be served hot.
- Flavour it with lemon and chilli.
