Sustainable & Responsible Travel

As Vietnam's tourism industry grows each year, we don't want to be seen as just another tour company. Rather, we would like to be recognized as a responsible operator that puts something back into the places we operate in. In this area we feel we are leading the field by not only educating our guides and agents about the importance of sustainable tourism, but also following through on our commitment.
We have also sponsored specialist medical team to travel into hill tribe areas that otherwise lack these facilities. In addition, we firmly believe it is essential to minimize the negative impact on our operating areas as much as possible. For this reason, our trekking tours have a maximum of 12 passengers and kayaking adventures have a maximum of 9 passengers.

Environment Friendly Operation

We believe environmental issues are closely linked to sustainable and responsible travel. To this we are committed 100% in hill tribe areas. All plastic water bottles used during the trek are carried back. Garbage sacks are carried on these trips, as well as on the tours in Ha Long Bay. When we camp on an isolated beach we encourage the passengers and guides to do a sweep of the area and collect any rubbish before they leave. These are just a few of the measures taken to ensure that the environment is kept in a healthy condition.
